 | - At low power appreciate the regular "psoriasiform" epidermal hyperplasia.
- Find the parakeratotic scale and occasional neutrophils within the scale.
- Look for suprapapillary thinning of the epidermis.
- Find the tortuous vessells in the papillary dermis and mononuclear cell dermal infiltrate.
