 | - At low power identify the papillomatosis and acanthosis.
- Find parakeratotic columns and increased keratinohyline granules.
- Tortuous vessels are seen in the edematous dermal papillae.
- Koilocytes ("bird's eye" cells) are visible in the upper half of the epidermis
