Basal Cell Carcinoma
	Shiny papules or nodules, scaly patches or plaques with variable pigmentation Located on sun exposed skin Rarely metastasize, but may be locally invasive and destructive
	Translucent border typical Central crusted ulceration commonly present
	Histology: Proliferation of basaloid cells arising from the epidermis and extending into the dermis in lobules or strands See laboratory section for additional examples of histology
