Vitiligo
  • Sharply demarcated hypopigmented patches
  • Lesions may occur anywhere but occur more frequently on the extensor surfaces (hands, elbows, knees) and the periorificial areas (around the mouth, eyes, genitalia)
  • Examination with a Wood's light results in accentuation of the hypopigmentation
    • Histology: Loss of melanocytes
