Urticaria
	Transient, pruritic, blanchable papules or plaques; also called "wheals", or "hives" Acute urticaria is often caused by drugs or food ingestion May be caused by both immunologic (IgE-mediated) and nonimmunologic mechanisms
	Histology: Dermal edema and a mild perivascular infiltrate of lymphocytes, eosinophils and neutrophils
