Seborrheic Keratosis
  • Flesh-colored to brown or black elevated "stuck on" lesions that are symmetrical and have a sharply defined border; surface often verrucous or warty
  • Lesions occur most commonly on the head, neck, trunk and extremities; palms and soles are spared
  • Acquired, asymptomatic lesions occuring in adulthood
      • Histology: Hyperkeratosis, papillomatosis, acanthosis, horn pseudocysts and variable inflammation
