Pineoblastoma
This tumor belongs to the general group of embryonal neoplasm. It is composed of small undifferentiated cells and only occasionally contains Homer-Wright rosettes. At the time of death the tumor was so massive that it was impossible to determine its site of origin. The tumor involves the region of the third ventricle, hypothalamus, pineal region, midbrain and cerebellum.
