Astrocytoma (Grade 4) - Glioblastoma Multiforme
Histological glioblastomas are composed of extremely pleomorphic cells, and in many instances are characterized by the presence of multinucleated giant cells. Mitotic figures are frequent. Necrosis and vascular proliferation are a characteristic findings in these tumors.
