Gross appearance of a medulloblastoma. In this particular case the lesion involves both the cerebellar vermis and lateral cerebellar hemisphere. In this horizontal cut it is difficult to determine whether the lesion originated in the vermis or in the cerebellar hemisphere. The outlines of the tumor are marked with arrows.
