PNET (Cerebral Hemisphere)
PNET arising in the cerebral hemisphere. It is composed of a sheet of undifferentiated cells with scanty cytoplasm. Mitotic figures are frequent (arrows). Blood vessels (BV) show endothelial hypertrophy and hyperplasia.
