Lower Urinary Tract Bladder Wash - Benign (Cytology)
Occasional cells from the transitional epithelium are present. These have fine chromatin, low nuclear to cytoplasm ratios and few cohesive groups. Some of the cells have dense, pyknotic nuclei in abundant cytoplasm. These are degenerated or exfoliated necrotic cells.
