Pleomorphic Adenoma - Benign Mixed Tumor (Cytology)
The epithelial cells are arranged in both cohesive clusters and single cells with many bare nuclei stripped of cytoplasm. The blunt oval or round nuclear shape is characteristic. The cohesive clusters are often intimately associated with pink myxoid stroma.
